Refund policy

Hifza Collection offers a 7-day return and refund policy for all unopened and unused products. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging, seals intact (if applicable), and tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

Exceptions:

• Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons. This includes, but is not limited to, cosmetics, personal care items, and any items where the original packaging seal has been broken.

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage not present upon delivery are not eligible for return.
